The villa sits directly on the beachfront, with Berawa Beach reachable in a 9-minute walk. Guests can access Finn's and Atlas beach clubs on foot, along with multiple restaurants and a massage shop at the top of the alleyway. Ngurah Rai International Airport is located 15 km from the property.
Accommodation
The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one ensuite downstairs and a shared bathroom for the other two rooms. A recently renovated living room and a fully equipped kitchen are included. Interconnected rooms provide added comfort, while each bedroom has its own air conditioning.
Outdoor Amenities
A year-round outdoor swimming pool serves as the central outdoor amenity, with sun loungers, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided. Pool and beach towels are available, so guests do not need to pack them. The terrace and balcony offer additional relaxation spaces within the garden.
Services & Communication
Guests receive immediate replies from the owner and housekeeper via WhatsApp. Late check-out was granted upon request. The property is enclosed within a lockable walled area for security.
Practical Notes
The living area has a fan instead of air conditioning, so bedroom doors are often left open. Bathrooms are open to the outdoors with plants growing up the sides, which may attract mosquitoes; repellent is left out for guests. The spiral staircase has large railings gaps, unsuitable for very young children.
